2. Nobody appeared for the petitioners on 31.10.2022 and 31.07.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.11 to 14 submits that Title Suit No.48 of 22 filed by the aforesaid private respondents is pending before learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Uluberia.

4. In the said civil suit the present petitioners are also parties. The petitioners have also filed their written submissions in the said title suit and the said title suit is pending.

5. The petitioners have tried to convert a private dispute into a public interest petition.

6. Shri De, learned counsel also argued in the same tune and frankly stated that the said title suit is indeed pending.

7. The continuous absence of the petitioners shows that they have lost interest in the matter.

8. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution.
