This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 480 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Hooghly.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is at the peremptory hearing board since 2019.

3. In view of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice upon the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Hooghly to dispose of Title Suit No. 480 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. .

5. CO 132 of 2026 stands disposed of.
