It is submitted by Mr. Jayanta Kumar Mitra, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants that F.M.A. 102 of 2026 has become infructuous since the writ petition in which the order impugned was passed has been withdrawn by the respondents/writ petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants, F.M.A. 102 of 2026 is hereby dismissed. 3.

In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, CAN 1 of 2026 is also dismissed.
