Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. or the relevant Section under which the application has been filed do not empower this Court to pass any direction for supply of certified copy.

However, as the petitioner is appearing in person, he is directed to make appropriate application before the learned Registrar, Judicial Service /Registrar, Administration, High Court, Calcutta who would pass necessary directions upon the concerned department for supplying the certified copy. No interference is called for on the merits of this case. Accordingly, CRR 158 of 2024 is dismissed.
