The learned advocate appearing for the Sabadhipati, South 24-Parganas Zilla Parishad being the respondent No.2 herein submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent authorities.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad has handed over the copy of the communication of the Block Development Officer to the Officer-in-Charge of the Sagar Police Station dated 29th January, 2021 whereby direction has been given to the Officer-inCharge to take necessary steps so that the petitioner can operate the ferry ghat smoothly.

In view of the aforesaid submission W.P.A. 1043 of 2021 is disposed of.
