Tanmoy Mukherjee, learned advocate. However, when the matter is called on for hearing it is found that the appellants are not represented by any advocate. On perusal of the record it is ascertained that Mr. Sudhakar Biswas and Mr. Pradip Kumar Das, advocate represented the appellants on the previous occasion.

For the ends of justice the hearing of the instant appeal is adjourned. Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee, advocate is requested to serve notice upon the learned advocate for the appellants informing him that the instant appeal will again be fixed for hearing on 4th February, 2021. If the appellants are not represented by their advocates, law will take its own course.
