This application is filed by the petitioners who are the plaintiffs in Title Suit No.406 of 2017 pending before the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 6th Court at Alipore.

The petitioners, being aggrieved by the delay in disposal of the injunction application and other interlocutory applications have come up with the present application.

Upon perusing the petition and upon hearing Learned Advocate for the petitioners, this Court is of the view that as the prayer of the petitioners is for expeditious disposal of the injunction application, the opposite parties will not be prejudiced in the event this application is taken up in their absence.

Thus this application is disposed of by requesting the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 6th Court at Alipore to dispose of the injunction application and the

connected applications in Title Suit No. 406 of 2017 within four weeks after Vacation.

This application is thus disposed of.

All parties to act in terms of a copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioners on compliance of necessary formalities.
