Golok Chad Ghosh The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 18th April, 2006 passed in WP 3516 (W) of 2006. It appears that a Rule was issued on 13th February, 2009.

The matter appeared in the list on 28th June, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the applicant/petitioner. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one appears in the contempt petition. No one has applied for joining in the virtual mode.

It appears that the parties are not interested to proceed further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of without any further orders. The Rule stands discharged accordingly.
