Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation dated 03.01.2025 was not considered by the police authorities.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted that Sonarpur P.S. Case No.94 of 2025 dated 15.01.2025 has been registered for investigation and the investigation of the case is in progress.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.10 submits that having failed to obtain an interim order the petitioner is usurping the jurisdiction of the High Court by circumventing the procedure of law.

Having considered the submission of the parties and the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that since the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, the further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. However, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no untoward incident takes place because of the strained relationship between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1060 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Needless to state that since affidavits have not been exchanged, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
