Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the conditions imposed on 17.03.2025 for meeting with the Inspector-in-Charge, Berhampore Police Station once in a week is creating hardship.

In view of the prayer advanced and no adverse report being submitted by the State, I direct that the earlier condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner will meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Berhampore Police Station once in a month till further orders.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
