Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits as follows. By a judgment dated 16.01.2025 in WPA 18251 of 2024 the writ petition was disposed of by directing respondent no. 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 in accordance with law and expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of that order. Pursuant thereto, the representation was considered by the concerned authority, and it was found that the construction was illegal. The matter was thereafter forwarded to the BL&LRO, but no further steps were taken.

It appears that a direction was passed by this Court upon respondent no. 5 therein to consider the petitioner's representation, which has already been complied with.

If there is a further cause of action arises, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take up the issue before the appropriate forum.

However, no further order need be passed in this matter.

Accordingly, the application for contempt is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. 6.

Let urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
