Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the District Inspect of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur, has passed a reasoned order rejecting the prayer of the petitioner. The petitioner says that she should be granted leave to challenge such order in accordance with law.

The order in question had directed the concerned District Inspector of Schools to conduct a hearing and pass a reasoned order. The order has been complied with although belatedly. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur, on April 08, 2022, in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

Let a copy of the said order dated April 08, 2022 be kept with the records.

CPAN 15 of 2020 is disposed of.
