Some of the petitioners are general category candidates for which the upper age limit is 40 years and some of the petitioners are of reserved category candidates for whom the upper age limit is 45 years.

It has been submitted on behalf petitioners that all of the petitioners - be it general category or reserved category, have crossed their age for participation in the recruitment of teachers in primary schools. Therefore, they have claimed for condonation of age.

Such rule cannot be bent by this court by condoning the age. Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application. The writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
