At page '13' in the judgment dated 18.8.2023 at last para the date of filing of the claim case was erroneously mentioned as "23.6.2016". The date should be read as 23.6.2006.

The Insurance Company is directed to comply this order regarding the payment of interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of the claim case i.e. from 23.6.2006 within three weeks from the date The rest portion of the judgment would be remained same.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
