The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Belkulai CKAC Vidyapith, District- Howrah. The petitioner prior to joining the said school was an Assistant Teacher of Rashpur High School, Amta, District-Howrah.

The petitioner, complaining inaction on the part of the Headmaster of his earlier school to upgrade her service book as well as issuance of last Pay Certificate, has filed the instant writ petition.

Mr. Jha, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after receiving the notice of the writ petition the Headmaster by a letter dated January 20, 2024 has admitted his fault and has requested the petitioner to meet him to get the

rectified/upgraded Service Book and last Pay Certificate. He files photocopy of the said letter, let it be kept with the record.

Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to meet the Headmaster on February 09, 2024 of the Rashpur High School, Amta, DistrictHowrah, the respondent no.5 herein, with the relevant documents to get her upgraded Service Book and the last Pay Certificate.

W.P.A. 869 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
