They have entered into a terms of compromise embodied in paragraph 8 of this application.

The present application (CAN 8 of 2021) has been taken out jointly by the parties to record this settlement and to pass a decree thereon.

We have gone through the terms. They are lawful.

Accordingly, we dispose of this application (CAN 8 of 2021) by directing that the appeal be disposed of and a decree be passed in accordance with the said terms of compromise.
