Apparently, the son of the petitioner is not looking after the petitioner. The petitioner is a senior citizen. As a senior citizen, the petitioner can approach the Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. The petitioner is yet to do so. In view of the petitioner having statutory alternative remedy, I am not minded to interfere.

WPA 1077 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
