Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the DNA of the petitioner in a sealed envelop. The envelop is opened in Court and the report is perused. The report of the Forensic Laboratory states that the blood sample of the petitioner is consistent with the biological father of the baby.
In view of such report, the question of enlarging the petitioner on bail does not arise.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
The report dated March 24, 2022 be resealed and made
over to the learned Advocate for the State.
C.R.M. (DB) 149 of 2022 is dismissed.
