1. In terms of the rule issued by this Court dated 5th February, 2026 the alleged contemnors are present inperson in Court today and have also filed the affidavit.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that inadvertently the alleged contemnors have issued the notice and when the alleged contemnors realized that this Court has passed an order, the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act was recalled by a letter dated 18th February, 2026 and on 20th February, 2026 the petitioner is requested

to submit all the documents for consideration of representation dated 13th September, 2025 under the RBI MSME Framework.

3. The affidavit filed by the alleged contemnors is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the said letter and the bank has already withdrawn the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act and the petitioner is in process to submit all the documents to the bank for consideration in the terms of the order passed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record. This Court finds that the alleged contemnors have already withdrawn the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act and the same is kept in abeyance and the petitioner is directed to submit all the documents. Accordingly, this Court finds that there is nothing remains in the present contempt application.

5. WPCRC 30 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Rule issued against the alleged contemnors is discharged.
