Mr. Kar, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the High Court Administration submits that W.P.A. 1165 of 2023 is a comprehensive petition and W.P.A. 903 of 2023 may be disposed of since it was filed prior to the notice dated January 11, 2023.

Mr. Sanyal, learned counsel appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr. Kar submits that recruitment process which is under challenge in the writ petition has already been completed.

Having considered the submissions of the parties, W.P.A. 903 of 2023 is disposed of.
