We are informed that the petitioner was unable to avail interim bail. Dates for examination of the witnesses have been fixed on and from 20th February, 2023. In view of the aforesaid materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on merits. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Trial court is directed to conduct the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
