Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioners seek registration of the complaints lodged by them.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that the complaints lodged on 22nd December, 2025 and 28th December, 2025 have been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress.

Learned counsel for the private respondent no.5 submits that the investigation pertaining to the complaint dated 28th December, 2025 has been stayed by an order passed on 29th January, 2026 in CRR 370 of 2026 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.

However, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area and shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
