1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Misc.(Probate) Case No.358 of 2023, renumbered as O.S.No.56 of (Goutam Paul Vs. Gouri Dey) and all other applications filed in connection thereto, pending before the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barrackpore.

2. Considering the nature and relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the said probate case, out of the two witnesses, one has expired and the other is about 80 years old.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall proceed with the suit expeditiously and make all endeavour to dispose of the probate case in accordance with law, preferably within 6(six) months from the date of this order.

5. C.O. 136 of 2026 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
