The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, although there is an allegation against the private respondents causing miscarriage of the child of the petitioner, the police did not incorporate the relevant sections in the first information report. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioner was treated as first information report and the charge sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court. Since the police submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional court in 2019 and since the petitioner claims that she was not aware of the same, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court for remedies.

No further interference is called for by the writ court.

W.P.A. No.1091 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
