Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Sreemayi Roy ...for the State Inadvertent error has crept into the orders dated January 21, 2025 and January 15, 2025 which are corrected as follows. In the said orders the name of the petitioner be read as "Razi Ahmed @ Md. Raji Ahamad". Also, in the second page of the order dated January 21, 2025, "Bangaon Police Station" be read as "Bargaon Police Station".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.

Let this order be treated as part of the orders dated January 21, 2025 and January 15, 2025.
