Petitioner prays for transfer by making offline application to the concerned respondent authorities from her present school to another school which situates near to her place of residence.

However, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, who appears on virtual mode, has drawn attention of this Court to page 14 of the writ petition wherefrom it appears that petitioner was selected after participating in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for Classes IX and X.

It is submitted by learned advocates representing the respondents that entire

selection process relating to 1st SLST, 2016 was set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Since the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at this stage and the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
