This is a transfer application of the petitioner from one school to another. The petitioner's second application was dated 27.10.2021 when the Government Notification dated 8th September, 2021 came into effect. Therefore, it is the District Inspector of Schools who will look into the matter and take steps for making one local arrangement. If such local arrangement is made, it is to be intimated immediately to the petitioner. But if it cannot be made by three months that is also to be intimated by the D. I. to the petitioner and to the school after three months.

With this observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
