1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in February, 2023. Dying declaration of the victim shows he had forced her to consume poison. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
