The petitioner filed several applications for transfer from his present school to another. His last application was dated 22nd December, 2021. Before 22nd December, the Notification of the Education Department as to the single teacher came into effect. There the power to take steps in this regard was given to the District Inspector of Schools. Hence, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to take one sincere effort to see whether any local arrangement can be made. If such local arrangement is made, it is to be intimated immediately to the petitioner. If it can be made by three months that is also to be intimated to the petitioner on the expiry of three months.
