His second application dated 07.12.2021 has also been returned on the same ground. The petitioner has fairly submitted that he is the single teacher in the school in the subject of Sanskrit.

When the petitioner applied for transfer for the second time, the government notification dated 8th September, 2021 came into effect and in the said notification the District Inspector of Schools were given some duty to see whether any local arrangement could be made or not before transfer of a teacher.

Therefore, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to make sincere effort to make any local arrangement. If it is done, it is to be intimated to

the petitioner and also to the school immediately. If it cannot be done by three months, that also is to be intimated to the petitioner and the school after three months.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
