The matter appears for correction.

It was mentioned by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company that the appeal has been allowed and the impugned award passed by the learned Tribunal was set aside. The appeal has been preferred by the Insurance Company by depositing the awarded amount with the learned Registrar of this Court. As the appeal has been disposed of, so the necessary order may be passed regarding the withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company during the pendency of the appeal.

Considering the submission, it appears that the impugned award passed by the leaned Tribunal has been set aside by this Court. Thus, the Insurance Company is at liberty to withdraw the amount as deposited by the Insurance Company during the pendency of the appeal. Office of the learned Registrar General to do the needful. Let the order be made a part of the order dated 27.9.2023.
