Administrative Notice was issued on the basis of order dated 15.06.2022. Report placed before this Court indicates that notice was served upon all the petitioners except Rabindranath Medda who has expired and upon opposite party no.1/State.

On call learned advocates for the opposite party no.2 and State/ Opposite Party No.1 appears before the Court. The appointment of the State advocates may be regularized by the concerned authority.

No one appears for the petitioners.

This revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the charge-sheet No.43 of 2016 arising out of Barjora Police Station Case

No.127 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 under Sections 498A/ 406/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned advocate for the opposite party no.2/de facto complainant submits that in this case charge has already been framed and the de facto complainant has been examined as P.W. 1. Considered the submissions.

Since the petitioners are without steps, the revisional application is dismissed for default and the same is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Bankura for information and to expedite the trail if pending.
