Petitioner no.2 was arrested.

Consequently, C.R.M. (A) 183 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned. So far as the petitioner no.1 and 3 are concerned, considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 183 of 2023 is dismissed.
