On call none appears for the petitioners as well as for opposite party nos.1 and 2.

Petitioners have prayed for quashing of proceedings in connection with M.P. Case No.1532 of 2019 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the order passed therein on 09.12.2019. In view of the provision of Section 144(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure the impugned order has no force after expiry of two months. Under such circumstances, the present revisional application becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed due to non-appearance of the petitioners.
