Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri Mr. Rajesh Naskar Mr. Ankan Mondal ....for the petitioner It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 21.02.2025. passed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the surname of the petitioner was wrongly spelt as "Mullick" instead of "Mallik" in the writ petition. This prompted the mistake to be repeated in the cause title of the order sheet.

The order dated 21.02.2025 is hereby corrected to the above effect and shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance.
