Report submitted by the state reflects that on the basis of complaint of the petitioner, Raninagar PS Case No. 637/23 dated 22.11.2023 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Presently the case has been transferred from the learned ACJM Lalbagh, Murshidabad to learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad on 22.04.2024 and the next date has been fixed on 26.03.2025.

In view of the grievance of the petitioner that her representations were not considered by the superior police authorities, I direct that in case the petitioner raises any issues relating to the investigating authorities having not dealt with in course of the investigation before the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad who is in seisin of Raninagar PS Case No. 637/23 by way of taking out an application under section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C., learned Magistrate would consider the merits of such application and address the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 898 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
