The present writ petition was filed alleging illegal and unauthorised construction at the property adjacent to the property of the petitioner.

Learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits, upon instruction that, the alleged unauthorised construction has already been demolished pursuant to order passed by the Court. Learned advocate for the petitioner admits that during pendency of the writ petition the unauthorised construction has been removed.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of both the parties that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent authorities. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of.
