It appears that the instant matter was appeared on the earlier occasions and in the absence of the appellant an administrative notice was served upon the appellant. It is reported by the department that the registered notice was returned with an endorsement "deceased". Perused the registered consignment, it appears that the present appellant is not turning up for long days and it is reported by the postal authority that the appellant has died.

Considering the same, the instant appeal being infructuous it is ordered that the instant appeal be dismissed for default.

Any order of stay passed by this court during the pendency of the appeal is hereby also vacated. Connected pending applications, if any are hereby disposed of.
