By reason of a typographical error in the cause title and second paragraph of the order dated 29th April, 2022 the number of the application filed in connection with the appeal has been incorporated as 'CAN 2 of 2017 (Old No. CAN 8780 of 2017)' in place and stead of 'CAN 2 of 2017 (Old No. CAN 8720 of 2017)'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 29th April, 2022.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 29th April, 2022. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
