Petitioners complain of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that, a complaint with regard to the death of a person is being investigated into by the police. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, on the basis of the written instructions dated July 9, 2021 that, the complaint of the petitioner was registered as First Information Report. Two persons were arrested. Two other persons are absconding. The police applied for issuance of warrant of arrest. On completion of investigation, the police submitted charge sheet being Santipur PS CS No.376/20 dated August 31, 2020 under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code against four accused persons.

The written instruction dated July 9, 2021 filed in Court be taken on record.

The police taking steps as noted above, no further interference is called for by the writ Court. W.P.A. 1131 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. [Debangsu Basak, J.]
