And In Re : Sanjib Rang .... petitioner Mr. Soumya Basu Roy Chowdhury ....for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain, Ms. Baisali Basu ...... for the State The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that upon completion of investigation chargesheet has already been filed and as such further detention of the petitioner, who is in custody for 192 days, is not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws our attention to several documents in the case diary.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the medical report, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the application being C.R.M. No.403 of 2021 is dismissed.
