Sengupta Ms. Sweta Saha ... for the respondent nos. 10 and 11 The respondent No. 8 has submitted that the petitioner has suppressed from this court that her mother-in-law is alive and she demanded the pensionery benefit for only herself and for her daughter. The petitioner has admitted this. The petitioner has not made her mother-in-law a party in this writ application. Such suppression of fact is not acceptable. Petitioner has not come to court with clean hands. Therefore, I dismiss the writ petition with a cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Authority by two weeks from the date of this order.
