I have been informed that during the pendency of the writ petition, the electric connection to the petitioner has been given and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner, which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the instant writ petition, no more subsists. The petitioner is desirous of not proceeding with the writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed for nonprosecution without any order as to costs. Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted.
