No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 188 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Khargram Police Station Case No. 144 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020 under Sections 427/341/447/286/307/448/506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

And In Re : Nijam Sekh ...... petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Ms. Sonali Das ....for the State None appears for the petitioner even in the second call. This is the fourth application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Reports submitted in Court be taken on record. There is no material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier rejection.

Petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 188 of 2023 is dismissed.
