On the last few occasions i.e. on 09.12.2020, 06.09.2021, 07.09.2021 and 08.09.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners or prayed for any adjournment. It appears that the matter pertains to an order passed under Section 144 (2) of the Code in the year 2010. There is a time period of sixty days till such an order can be sustained. As such, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
