The petitioner is a confirmed Assistant Teacher at Balgona F.P. School, a school under Sadar North Circle of Purba Bardhman District Primary School Council.

The petitioner is praying transfer to another school under a different circle of the said Council on the ground that she is a surplus teacher of her present school.

The representation of the petitioner dated January 06, 2025 to the said effect is the pending consideration before the Chairman of the Council, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner only on the ground that the petitioner is a surplus teacher of her present school and shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 1152 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
