It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the victim girl has since been recovered and handed over to the concerned CWC. The child is now kept with one Snehachhaya CCI run by Antoydaya Anath Ashram, Paushi, Bhupatinagar, Purba Medinipur as per the order of the CWC.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ application.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

The instructions of the Officer-in-charge, Bhagwanpur Police Station dated 1st September, 2021 is kept with the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
