No. 91 of 2018 dated October 8, 2018. The issue was challenged before the Magistrate for consideration. By an order dated July 8, 2022 passed by a Coordinate bench of this Court in CRR 253 of 2019. The Magistrate was asked to consider afresh. The application filed by the petitioner herself under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P.C.

The instant writ petition is, therefore, in gross abuse of process of law for being substantially similar to the subject matter of CRR 2531 of 2019.

WPA 1142 of 2021 shall stand dismissed with costs assessed at Rs. 5,100/-, payable by the petitioner to the private respondents.

The copy of the order of the Revisional Court is taken on record.
