And In Re : Biman Biswas ...... petitioner Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas Mr. Amit Singh Ms. Jyoti Agarwal ....for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Apurba Kumar Dutta ....for the State Gas cylinders were seized by the police.

The petitioner is the store keeper.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be overlooked at this stage.

Investigations are still continuing.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 189 of 2023 is dismissed.
