This revisional application is misconceived. The petitioner/defendant no. 1 prays for expeditious disposal of a suit in respect of which the defendant has not yet filed the written statement.

It is submitted that the delay has occurred because certain documents were not supplied by the plaintiff. However, it does not appear to the court that any application to that effect had been made before the learned Trial Judge.

Thus, the revisional application is disposed of without any orders.

However, this order will not prevent the learned Trial Judge from taking steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
